Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and analysis that informs decisions across the organization. Support the Operations Accounting function encompassing project analysis and reporting, resource analysis and reporting, responding to Project Manager requests, and database maintenance/reporting.



  • Prepare and analyze project performance reports to notify Operations Leaders of projects performing differently than expected.
  • Prepare periodic and special operations reports and analyses (i.e., utilization reports to monitor chargeable hour goals)
  • Partner with Project Managers to monitor and control financial activities of projects, including:
  • Project financial feasibility studies and analysis
  • Calculation and review of budgeted versus actual time and dollars for project profitability control
  • Calculation of cost to complete
  • Project direct expense recording, allocation, and reimbursement
  • Develop Excel billing schedules used by Operations Accountants for special projects
  • Use database and Excel analysis to develop tools to optimize Operations accounting team performance by creating process improvements and automation
  • Develop and prepare analysis to assist with collection of accounts receivable
  • Assists with annual financial statement audits, and federal audits


Who We're Looking For:

Minimum Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with three years of applicable experience


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Advanced Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access and Power BI) proficiency; experience with project-based accounting/reporting tools and dashboard creation.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; able to present complex information clearly to non-financial audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to make reasoned judgments that are logical and well thought out; constructively questioning and analyzing information in order to make the best conclusion
