Position Summary

Members of the MemorialCare Epic job family, work side by side with our end users to install the Epic software, help lead and manage workflow/software changes, and ultimately transform the way that MemorialCare provides healthcare. MemorialCare's Epic Team develops creative strategies to achieve common end goals while collaborating with our end users.

Under general supervision, the Epic Analyst - Ambient provides an intermediate level of operational and application build assistance in completing application assignments to meet customer goals and desired outcomes. They typically are responsible for projects/change requests, performing workflow analysis, build, and documentation in collaboration with internal and external team members. This particular role will be focused on the implementation and support of Ambient AI that integrates with Epic and advancing the capabilities of this technology across the enterprise. On-site time supporting end users is a requirement of this position.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job

1. Provide Epic build support for Patient Access application needs related to projects, change requests, and at times maintenance of business demands

2. Develop and maintain appropriate end-user references

*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications.
