We are seeking a Recruiter for our Global retail client for a 5-month hybrid engagement in Beaverton, OR. As a vital part of our talent acquisition team, you won't just fill roles; you'll be instrumental in building the diverse, high-performing teams that drive our mission forward. In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of talent discovery, directly impacting our ability to attract and secure top-tier candidates for critical, high-volume customer-facing positions. You'll play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing the very channels we use to find talent, ensuring our recruitment strategies are innovative, efficient, and inclusive. Your work will directly contribute to building a robust talent pipeline, enhancing our employer brand, and empowering our organization with the human capital needed to achieve ambitious goals.

Responsibilities:



  • Develop, implement, and maintain cutting-edge talent acquisition channels, internet tools, and social media platforms to support broad recruiting and diversity initiatives.
  • Continuously evolve and refine our sourcing processes, including pipeline-specific frameworks and candidate relationship management efforts.
  • Establish and track sourcing effectiveness metrics, conduct preferred vendor evaluations, and provide assessments to optimize resource utilization.
  • Consult with Talent Acquisition Managers and Recruiters, offering insights on optimal sourcing resources and strategies.
  • Negotiate agreements with external partners, collaborate with procurement teams, and maintain a comprehensive directory of talent acquisition partners.
  • Deliver essential sourcing tools and training, incorporating ROI measures to demonstrate impact and value.
  • Expand the utilization of modern digital channels for recruitment, staying ahead of trends and maximizing reach.
  • Review the performance of channel strategies and contribute to the creation of appropriate budgets and business cases for continued investment.
  • Provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of high-volume recruitment efforts.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree with 0-1 years of directly relevant work experience.
  • Alternatively, one of the following may be accepted:*

    • PhD or Law Degree with 1 year of experience.
    • Master's Degree with 0-3 years of experience.
    • Associate's Degree with 1-3 years of experience.
    • High School Diploma with 3-5 years of experience.


  • Demonstrated understanding of talent acquisition channels, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement.
  • Experience with or strong interest in developing and maintaining recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous approach to administrative tasks, particularly in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • Experience with social media platforms and digital tools for professional networking and recruitment.
  • Familiarity with vendor management, contract negotiation, and procurement processes.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation in talent acquisition.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $31.00 to 35.21 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
