We're seeking an exceptional individual to spearhead our 360 creative operations, driving the end-to-end execution of groundbreaking campaigns that captivate audiences and define market trends. In this pivotal role, you won't just manage projects; you'll be the architect of our creative success, ensuring every launch is executed flawlessly and makes an unforgettable impact. You will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and market presence of our beloved brands, influencing millions of consumers worldwide.

**Here's how you'll make an impact:**

* Lead the comprehensive program management for campaign concepting, from initial ideation through to launch for both new and existing products.

* Drive process innovation and documentation, evolving our operational frameworks in collaboration with senior leadership.

* Transform innovative creative concepts into clear, actionable sets of deliverables ready for deployment across various global markets.

* Oversee every stage of the internal and external approval process, including concepts, video storyboards, final video outputs, pre and post-shoot 360 assets, layouts, and regional adaptations.

* Inspire and manage interdisciplinary teams of designers and copywriters assigned to your projects, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

* Ensure projects remain on track through meticulous project plans, issue tracking, and status reports utilizing industry-standard project management tools.

* Provide essential support to the Executive Director, Creative Operations, managing daily operational needs and addressing issues proactively.

* Serve as the primary communicator for project issues and resolutions to all internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

* Lead and actively participate in critical cross-functional meetings, including Creative Reviews, Marketing Reviews, Legal Reviews, and Resource Allocations, effectively presenting creative work, tracking status, and circulating notes.

**What You Bring:**

* 8+ years of robust experience in project management within an in-house creative team or agency environment.

* A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.

* Proven experience working on digital and social creative initiatives, complemented by exposure to web development and product management.

* A deep and comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies, workflow optimization, and infrastructure.

* Proficiency in using leading project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, Monday, or similar platforms to develop project plans, assign tasks, and report on program status.

* A natural leader with exceptional communication skills, capable of fostering strong partnerships with creative teams and internal stakeholders.

* A proactive and positive approach, consistently presenting solutions and dedicated to problem-solving.

* Comfort and confidence in presenting creative work to senior leadership and effectively running high-level meetings.

* A flexible attitude, thriving in ambiguous situations and adept at being the central point of contact for internal or external clients.

* A passion for solving complex problems and skillfully managing conflicts to achieve optimal outcomes.
