Position Summary:
The Manufacturing Excellence Specialist (Industrial Performance Specialist)will be responsible for driving operational excellence. Continuous improvement efforts will focus on making sustainable gains in reliability, quality, safety, cost, and delivery. Methods for achieving and sustaining improvements will be based on Nestle Continuous Excellence, TPM, and LEAN fundamentals. The team member will need to collaborate closely with division, factory, and other internal partners to achieve the Manufacturing Excellence objectives aligned with the business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain line and labor standards for new / current SKUs based on loss analysis, studies, and historical data
* Deploy and leverage Digital tools like SAP modules, DMO Performance, MMS etc to enhance real time decision making and analysis of losses
* Determine the optimum machine speed, production cycles and line crewing that are required for master scheduling, as well as for short term planning and control.
* Perform bottleneck studies and other industrial performance studies towards improving throughput and productivity
* Develop and publish Dashboards, Scorecards and Operational Review Platforms using Power BI, SharePoint, and Teams.
* Build and deploy digital solutions like Power Apps, Flow towards Paperless workflows
* Determine means to minimize wastes like material losses, machine losses by utilizing NCE and TPM methodologies
* Develop project teams on key skills to drive continuous improvement.

Experience and Education Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree preferred (Engineering or Business, preferred)
* 2+ years of experience in food manufacturing, preferred
* Experience with Six Sigma, TPM or Lean background
* Experience developing and deploying tools and best practices in manufacturing
* Ability to build trust and interact with all levels of the organization
* Proficiency in O365, Power BI and Power Apps development
* Strong project management and change management skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills #LI-SF1
