Job Title: Enterprise Quality Engineering & Test Transformation Leader. Exp :- 13 to 20 yrs
Location: Bangalore,Trivandrum,Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership:
Define and implement the enterprise-wide Quality Engineering Vision, Test Strategy, and Policy.
Lead Test Transformation Initiatives, focusing on automation, efficiency, and speed to market.
Develop a Tool Strategy and Automation Roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology trends.
Design and guide the implementation of Test Environment and Data Strategy across the enterprise.
Architect end-to-end test solutions for complex business and technical challenges.
Test Design, Planning, & Execution:
Drive test design, development, and execution activities aligned with modern DevOps and Agile practices.
Define and execute Enterprise Test Maturity Assessments, identifying gaps and creating actionable transformation plans.
Develop Automation Roadmaps for test lifecycle optimization.
Identify trends and propose new services/tools to enhance quality and service delivery.
Reporting & Governance:
Establish Test Reporting and Metrics Frameworks to measure and communicate outcomes such as test coverage, cost reduction, and release velocity.
Communicate strategy changes, quality trends, and test performance to IT leadership and executive stakeholders.
Knowledge Management & Thought Leadership:
Author and publish whitepapers, POVs, and knowledge assets to establish thought leadership.
Facilitate workshops, presentations, and forums to share best practices and innovations in testing.
Mentor teams and promote adoption of new tools, practices, and quality engineering technologies.
Change Management Support:
Develop and support Change Management strategies aligned with test transformation goals using frameworks like ADKAR.
Conduct stakeholder mapping, engagement, and feedback collection (e.g., surveys, interviews, focus groups).
Design and execute communication plans, training programs, and enablement content to drive adoption.
Monitor resistance and readiness, using data-driven insights to influence strategy and address barriers.

Required Skills & Experience:
Technical & Strategic Skills:
Strong ability to define enterprise test strategies and policies.
Expertise in Test Automation Tools, DevOps, and CI/CD frameworks.
Proficient in performing technical and cost-benefit analysis of tools and test solutions.
Deep understanding of Enterprise Application Architectures and modern IT delivery models.
Ability to architect complex test solutions and design test data/environment strategies.
Change & Communication Skills:
Experience supporting or leading Change Management, stakeholder engagement, and communication planning.
Skilled in training development, enablement activities, and resistance management.
Familiarity with collaboration tools like MS Teams, SharePoint, Miro, and platforms like KyoFlow or GenAI tools.
Knowledge & Frameworks:
Working knowledge of Assessment Models, Lean, Six Sigma, and international Quality Standards.
Familiarity with Test Maturity Models, Agile, SAFe, and DevOps practices.
Awareness of current IT and Quality Engineering trends.
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Certifications preferred: ISTQB Advanced, Certified Agile Tester, Six Sigma, SAFe Agilist, Change Management (e.g., Prosci).
