The Impact You Will Have Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is looking for a Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer to join our team! The Senior IAM Developer is a technical expert who is responsible for Leading identity architecture and enforcement initiatives enterprise-wide. In this role, the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer will design and implement innovative solutions that enhance our security and automation capabilities. This role will focus on creating proof-of-concepts (POCs), developing and maintaining code in JavaScript, SQL, and C#, and building automation workflows to streamline IAM processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a passion for problem-solving, and have experience in integrating identity solutions across complex environments. They will work with multiple platforms, operating systems, servers, and applications across the organization and ensure their security, stability, recoverability, and accessibility.They also analyze and evaluate customer requirements, plan and test systems, and document the framework and standards for integration and implementation. They may function as a lead or a mentor for other engineers and participate in or lead cross-functional initiatives and projects. Your Responsibilities
Compensation and Benefits: Pay Range: $102,400.00 - $138,300.00 - $174,200.00 Annual Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position, including skills, ability, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
