Performs pizza cooking duties, meeting established standards and recipes to provide the customers with pizza products of the highest quality. EEO/AA/Disability/Veteran Responsibilities 1. Maintains established standards for high quality food to provide customers with the best possible product. 1.1 Prepares all pizza products following established pizza recipes and standards with no more than 2 deviations per quarter as observed by the manager. 2. Prepares all grill items according to established production schedules and other special requests utilizing standardized recipes and specifications and obtaining the quality and quantity needed to provide overall customer satisfaction. 2.1 Assembles all necessary ingredients and utensils for pizza items to be produced with no more than 2 deviations per quarter as observed by a supervisor. 3. Maintains proper sanitation in pizza preparation area to assure a sanitary working environment. 3.1 Maintains "Clean As You Go" attitude and a sanitary work area to provide proper conditions for food preparation, with no more than 2 deviations per quarter as observed by a supervisor. Qualifications EDUCATION High School Diploma or GED preferred. Must have ability to follow and transmit oral and written instructions. Must be able to understand and use all food recipes. EXPERIENCE Two (2) to four (4) years general good service experience required, one (1) to two (2) years pizza making or equivalent preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS Proper food handling techniques.
