Whatwe'relooking for:

We are looking fora motivated FieldService SupportIntern.Our internships are project-basedand focused on developing critical technical skills in support of the DFRDivisions ofHillphoenixCase,Systems,Specialty & Anthony.Thisinternrolewillassistservicesmanagement with skill and experience-levelappropriatesupport, process development, anddocumentationalong with creation ofknowledgemanagement and other tools.This role willrequire50% travel.

Whatyou'llbe responsible forinthis role:

Thesuccessful candidate will help drive improvements to the overall CO2assistedstartup process.The startup process typically involves thisinitialoperation or commissioning of new advanced Carbon Dioxide based refrigeration systems associated with new food retail construction.This will include but is not limited to decreasing overall startup durations and improving consistency of the startup experience. Thiswillrequiredocumentationandcriticalanalysisofthe existingCO2 startup process. Additionally, the candidate will be involved in thedevelopment of new tools,identifyingpotentialdesignimprovements,&improvingour overall product performance.You will be guided by structural goals andobjectives,andyour manager will offer coaching, mentoring, and direction.

What are the basicqualifications?

  • Enrollment in 4-year degree program

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale

  • Ability to work independently

  • Proficient with MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint,etc.)

What are the preferredqualifications?

  • Analytical and conceptual thinking, using logic and reason, creative and strategic thinking

  • Effective with written and oral communications

  • Problem solving - being able to solve complex problems effectively and efficiently

  • Engineering, Refrigeration related curriculum
