Director, Financial Planning & Analysis - ADS Division

What You Will Do

* Lead Division Financial Reporting

o Lead and project manage the integration of Smiths Interconnect's financial reporting into ADS, establishing consolidation, aligning processes, and serving as liaison between legacy and acquired finance teams to drive post-acquisition efficiency.

o Provide strategic direction and oversight for all division financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful consolidated financial statements and reports to division leadership.

o Design, develop, and implement a standardized, scalable financial consolidation process for all ADS business units to support consistent monthly reporting.

o Guide the FP&A team in preparing key financial deliverables for corporate stakeholders, including Board of Directors materials and monthly operating reviews.

o Lead alignment with corporate FP&A and Finance teams to ensure ADS reporting, processes, and submissions follow Corporate standards and process, and support enterprise-wide transformation.

* Drive Financial Planning & Business Partnership

o Set the vision and lead the FP&A team in managing the division's monthly forecasting, annual operating plan, and 5-YR strategic planning processes.

o Foster strong partnerships with commercial and operations finance teams and other business leaders to ensure alignment and effective financial support for business initiatives.

o Empower the team to provide high-impact financial insights, recommendations, and ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making across the division.

* Develop Talent & Promote Process Excellence

o Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team that embraces continuous learning, capability-building, and principles-based management.

o Establish consistent processes, tools, and reporting standards across ADS to strengthen forecasting accuracy, analytical rigor, and business cadence.

o Drive continuous improvement and scalability in FP&A systems, automation, and analytics to support the division's transformation and growth.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

* Progressive leadership experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting roles, ideally within manufacturing or operations.

* Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills; ability to develop perspectives, evaluate complex problems, and support decision-making

* Demonstrated business acumen, integrity, and proactive approach to bridging gaps and solving problems.

* Experience leading and developing teams, including mentoring and talent development.

* Willingness to travel to division sites as needed.

What Will Put You Ahead

* Advanced degree (MBA, finance, economics, or quantitative discipline).

* Experience in the manufacturing sector and global organizations.

* Track record of driving transformation and continuous improvement.
