Critical Care Registered Nurse (ICU RN) - Night Shift | Minnesota

Hours & Pay



  • Shift: Night - 12-hour schedule
  • Employment Type: Temporary
  • Pay Range: $40.81 - $61.95/hr (based on experience)



Key Responsibilities



  • Perform thorough patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans
  • Provide evidence-based, compassionate care to critically ill patients
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Demonstrate leadership, adaptability, and critical thinking in fast-paced ICU/critical care settings
  • Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring comfort, dignity, and effective communication
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies



Required Qualifications



  • Current Minnesota RN license
  • BLS certification within 30 days of hire
  • ACLS certification within 4 months of hire
  • PALS certification within 1 year of hire
  • State-approved trauma training within 1 year of hire
  • Minimum 2 years of recent critical care experience or completion of a hospital-designated critical care course within 6 months
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods


Preferred: 2+ years of ICU or Critical Care nursing experience
