Our firm is partnering with an established and rapidly growing aerospace manufacturing company in the Manchester, CT area to identify an experienced Interim Controller. This is a critical, onsite leadership role responsible for stabilizing and elevating the accounting function during a transitional period. We are seeking a hands-on finance leader with strong manufacturing accounting experience and direct Epicor ERP expertise, which is essential for success in this engagement.
Position Overview The Interim Controller will oversee daily accounting operations, drive an efficient and accurate month-end close, and ensure financial reporting integrity while providing immediate leadership and structure to the accounting team. This individual will assess current processes, recommend improvements, and partner closely with Operations and senior leadership to enhance financial visibility and support effective decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, process-oriented, and comfortable stepping into a fast-paced, evolving environment. Key Responsibilities
