GENERAL FUNCTION

The Marketing Manager will lead the go-to-market planning and development of initiatives to support the Essilor Preferred Rewards B2B loyalty program in North America (US & Puerto Rico). This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance the premium Essilor lens brand while driving traffic, sales, and engagement. This individual will partner closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic and consistent approach for all customer touchpoints.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Articulate a clear vision of the Essilor brand initiatives that inspire a shared vision among partners. Ensure consistent, integrated campaigns and communications across consumer engagement points to display brand leadership.
  • Oversee the identification and development of integrated marketing campaigns to support key brand initiatives. Collaborate and partner with both internal & external cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, integrated campaigns and communications across consumer engagement touch points.
  • Develop and implement test-and-learn initiatives as appropriate based on opportunities, consumer insights and industry trends.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts to identify and recommend opportunities to enhance current and future marketing initiatives. Provide reporting to stakeholders as needed.
  • Web Platform management of the program with external vendor partners as well as catalog management including coordinating with vendors, reviewing offerings and updating as needed. Ensure platform complies with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
  • Other duties as assigned by manager and upper leadership


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, projectmanagementor communications
  • Communicates and engages multiple cross functional and inter business unit key stakeholders
  • Experience in B2B CRM campaign strategy and management
  • Experience managing outside vendor partners
  • Individual should bedetail oriented,self-motivatedand organized
  • Strong project management, business writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally within the combinedEssilorLuxotticaorganization to deliver as a member of the Essilor Partnership Programs teams
  • Ability to meticulously manage budgets
  • Ability to lead and/or work in cross-functional groups
  • Advancedproficiencywith Microsoft Office applications - especially PowerPoint and Excel


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Knowledge of optical industry preferred
  • Project management certification
  • MBA in marketing or business a plus


Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
