  • Pay Range: $95,000 - $120,000 per year
  • Shift: First Shift (Daytime schedule)

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Treasury & Cash Management



  • Manage daily activity across multiple corporate bank accounts
  • Set up and execute wire transfers
  • Move funds between accounts to maximize cash flow
  • Prepare and oversee weekly check runs
  • Manage corporate credit card programs (AmEx, T&E cards), including charge review, reconciliation, and payments
  • Maintain strict internal controls for all cash-related processes


Financial Planning & Analysis



  • Collaborate with the CFO to prepare annual budgets, quarterly outlooks, and monthly forecasts
  • Build, maintain, and refine detailed financial models to support business decisions
  • Analyze variances between actual results and budgets/outlooks and communicate key drivers
  • Support manufacturing-specific costing, margin analysis, and production financial insights


Reporting & Executive Presentations



  • Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for board and leadership meetings
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, concise visual reports
  • Assist with preparation of monthly internal financial reporting packages



What You Bring (Qualifications)



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
  • 3+ years of financial analysis experience (manufacturing environment strongly preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, Power Query; macro/VBA a plus
  • Expert-level PowerPoint presentation design skills
  • Strong understanding of cash management processes, banking platforms, and wire systems
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with high accuracy
