Overview

Position Overview:

This is more than a job. It's a chance to build, grow, and make a real impact! Join our team as our new Accounting Manager!

The Manager is responsible for team and 3rd party coordination, resulting in effective and timely completion of accounting activities, monthly close, financial statement reporting, and audit requirements.

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Salary: 100K-120K USD, plus annual performance-based incentive

Hybrid: 2 Days Onsite per Week (Minimum)



Responsibilities

    Manage full cycle accounting process for multiple entities, including monthly close, quarter and half year consolidated reporting and external auditor reviews.
  • Ownership for Australian financial statements and coordination with other APAC locations.
  • Assist in M&A activities including integration of processes and accounting.
  • Support the business teams in financial matters and inquiries and analytics.
  • Research and resolve issues as identified.
  • Perform account variance analysis.
  • Coordinate with outside tax, insurance and accounting advisors in the Asia Pacific Region.
  • Serve as a backup to other team members on an as-needed basis.
  • Assist with year-end audit preparation and responses to auditors.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned to team.


Qualifications

  • BS in accounting, finance (CPA preferred)
  • 7+ years of previous accounting experience
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to influence across the organization
  • Software industry knowledge
  • Experience with general ledger accounting packages - Workday preferred
  • Physical presence required in the office on a hybrid schedule, two days per week minimum
