GREENBERRY agrees to pay the fees and costs of arbitration, pursuant to the AAA Rules. The Arbitrator may award any remedy to which a party is entitled under applicable law, and remedies will be limited to those that would be available to a party in his or her individual capacity for the claims presented to the Arbitrator.
