Our team and state-of-the-art programs create a world-class health care organization and the destination center for cardiac, thoracic, and vascular care with complex structural heart disease and interventions, advanced heart failure service as well as advanced imaging with cutting edge technologies. The addition of this position will allow the practice to build an inpatient Heart Failure program to allow for a consulting service to complement our established outpatient service. This position will be 50% inpatient rounding and 50% outpatient. FTE: 1.0 Shift: Day Schedule: M-F Base Compensation: $124,831 - $166,995 plus performance compensation What We Have to Offer

Position Summary MultiCare Pulse Heart Institute is seeking a Heart Failure Nurse Practitioner to join our busy, well established and expanding practice. This position requires the ability to establish goals of care, collaborate with many health care team professionals, (e.g. Social work, Cardiac rehab staff, Palliative care team) and ability to manage decompensated heart failure (or volume overload) in the outpatient clinic setting and refer to the ED when necessary.As a provider within our physician governed cardiovascular institute, you'll find everything you need to excel in your job including outstanding facilities, comprehensive resources and talented teammates sharing your commitment to quality patient care. Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $124,831.00 - $166,995.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
