Overview

The Production Supervisor will take key responsibility to include developing assembly strategies, managing capacity plans and resources, coordinating with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction


Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of our dynamic engineering development team, you will design, develop and test sophisticated RF/Microwave Antennas and RF feeds. This will involve:
  • Participating in preparation of quality assessments, reports, and metrics formulating go/no-go statement based on reports and metrics, assembly progress and defect status
  • Presenting production improvements and developments in daily progress meetings including planned vs forecast
  • Acting as the main liaison communicating between the team the rest of the internal and external organization
  • Lead execution of planned production, ensuring that all production results are correctly recorded against the system
  • Develop detailed work plans for engagements, status tracking and reporting, and production of high quality deliverables for customer
  • Coordinating all production roles and responsibilities within teams
  • Responsible for all assembly, production schedule development and configuration management activities

Qualifications

HOW TO SUCCEED

You combine a solid theoretical background in RF/Microwave theory with creative and critical thinking. To join us you'll need:
Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • 0-2 years' relevant experience (radio frequency/microwave?) in leading and managing testing teams
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with various stakeholders
  • Proficiency in managing resources and time efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a "US Person" under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to manage a team with 2-4 years' experience
  • Experience in test planning and strategies
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or relevant experience

Salary Range: ISC Production Supervisor: $85,760 - $128,640 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
