What this job involves:

Drive data excellence as a Space Data Reporting Analyst with JLL, where you'll serve as the subject matter expert for workplace information management across CAFM systems, badge data, and business intelligence platforms. You'll take ownership of critical monthly reporting cycles while developing standardized utilization, occupancy, and headcount data that supports strategic decision-making for Fortune 500 clients. This role positions you at the intersection of data analytics and workplace strategy, where you'll transform complex datasets into compelling narratives that bring client strategies to life. Your expertise will directly contribute to JLL's innovation in workplace analytics while you lead the transition from manual processes to automated BI-managed systems, enhancing reporting reliability and driving continuous improvement across diverse, collaborative teams.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Data Management Leadership: Serve as subject matter expert for workplace information management, developing and maintaining standardized utilization, occupancy, and headcount data across CAFM, badge data, and business intelligence systems
  • Reporting Excellence: Oversee delivery of regular reporting cycles including consolidated reports, CAFM metrics, utilization dashboards, business reviews, and metro strategy metrics with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • System Optimization: Support transition from manual to BI-managed systems, establishing automated processes that improve reliability and efficiency while troubleshooting data inconsistencies and aligning reporting with operational teams
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with security, planning, and business intelligence teams to enhance data collection, ingestion, and alignment supporting automation and dashboard development initiatives
  • Data Storytelling: Translate complex datasets into clear, compelling narratives that inform strategic decisions, working with leadership to define metrics aligned with organizational goals and client strategies
  • Quality Assurance: Audit data inconsistencies, maintain integrity of reporting platforms, and serve as primary contact for data validation and recurring utilization reports across business units Change Management Support: Lead training development and presentation efforts to encourage adoption of improved reporting processes and systems while facilitating stakeholder engagement
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Analytics, or related field with 2-3 years of experience in data analysis and reporting roles within corporate environments
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data manipulation with experience using data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms)
  • Experience managing data through complete lifecycle including collection, standardization, loading, monitoring/remediation, and reporting processes
  • Comfortable proficiency in database-driven systems, preferably CAFM/IWMS applications (FM:Systems, TRIRIGA, Manhattan Centerstone, Archibus, Serraview)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to present complex data in clear, understandable formats for diverse stakeholder audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
  • Outstanding organizational abilities, attention to detail and accuracy, with self-motivated approach to independent work and collaborative team engagement
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in occupancy or space planning data management for corporate clients with understanding of workplace analytics and utilization metrics
  • Experience with business intelligence platforms, dashboard creation, and automated reporting systems that support data-driven decision making
  • Background supporting organizational transformation initiatives and system implementations with training development and stakeholder engagement experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams across cultures with inclusive attitude, strong values, and commitment to client service excellence
  • Understanding of corporate real estate principles, workplace strategy, and facility management practices within professional services environments
  • Proven flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities with resilience and ability to build effective relationships across business partner networks

Estimated compensation for this position:

115,000.00 - 120,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
