Mission / Why This Role Matters:

  • Transform Adobe's global field organization into an "AI-first" operation.
  • Own and complete the AI strategy for field teams - embed AI into how field sells, plans, forecasts, and engages customers.
  • Drive sustainable, measurable business outcomes through AI adoption (e.g., increased win rates, efficiency, customer satisfaction).

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Vision

  • Develop a long-term AI strategy for Adobe's field org.
  • Align AI roadmap with business goals and field priorities.
  • Determine our build v buy strategy and areas of key investment.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead AI workstreams involving program managers, AI ambassadors, sales leadership, and developers.
  • Build and manage a field AI-ambassador network.
  • Coordinate with the AI@adobe leadership.
  • Work across business to acquire funding/staffing for key projects.

Operational Transformation

  • Redesign field operating models, playbooks, and processes to integrate AI at every level of go-to-market.
  • Define KPIs, establish dashboards, and track AI-powered performance impact.

Enablement & Change Management

  • Run training, workshops, innovation labs, and pilot programs.
  • Evangelize AI adoption and build a culture of AI fluency.

Governance & Ethics

  • Implement frameworks and guardrails for responsible AI usage in field.
  • Partner with legal, trust & safety, and compliance teams.

Resource & Investment Management

  • Prioritize investments across AI initiatives.
  • Build arguments and secure funding for scaling pilots.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Present AI strategy, progress, risks, and return on investment to executive leadership.
  • Serve as the field's voice into product and engineering to drive AI roadmaps.

Qualifications:

  • ~10+ years in strategy, operations, or business transformation roles.
  • Deep knowledge of AI / ML (generative AI, predictive analytics, data science).
  • Proven experience leading large strategic programs across GTM / field / sales.
  • Strong change management and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, business insight, and collaborator management.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $175,000 -- $365,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
