As a Security Officer - Armed Retail Patrol Full-Time in Cleburne, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a retail location, you will conduct regular patrols and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing de-escalation techniques when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible presence.
• Monitor entry and exit points within the location, observing for suspicious behavior and reporting incidents according to established protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and any security-related activities as required by Allied Universal and site management.
• Collaborate with retail staff and management to support a secure environment and assist with emergency response activities when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
• Possess Level III Armed Certification for Texas roles only.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
