As a Strategic Marketing & Partner Growth Specialist at RXO, you will be responsible for marketing strategy and strategic account growth within the RXO Extra business. Supporting RXO Extra's partnerships through data-driven marketing insights, partner performance analysis, and external communication strategies that elevate our presence and influence across the industry. What your day-to-day will look like:
Develop and execute digital marketing and web-based campaigns that strengthen RXO Extra's brand presence and promote engagement across external platforms. Identify ideal audiences for RXO Extra products/services, key channels through which to target them, and the messaging that best resonates with our customers and partners. Create data-driven presentations and marketing collateral (sales decks, quarterly business reviews, marketing summaries, and campaign analyses) that tell a compelling story through visuals and insights. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Marketing, Tech and RXO Extra leadership to resolve issues, streamline communication, and improve business outcomes. Represent RXO externally through clear, professional, and brand-aligned communications that support RXO's position as a leading public company. Measure success rate and share best practices to ensure processes and analytics are developed for the future success of the team.
At a minimum, you'll need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience 1 year of related experience in growing partnerships through marketing strategy Experience with Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
It'd be great if you also have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field of study 3 years related experience in the transportation or logistics industry Experience with fuel, travel centers, known and emerging marketing tools, technologies, and social applications
