**This position is predominantly remote, but does require occassional travel to Media, PA and Vineland, NJ and should be within communting distance to one of those two locations**

Job Description

Elwyn seeks a Talent Sourcer to be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent aligned with Elwyn's core values and mission. It plays a critical part in building strong candidate relationships and collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies that support long-term employee retention.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source and Engage Talent: Utilize social media platforms, job boards, and professional networks to identify and connect with prospective candidates who align with organizational and program values.
  • Build Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Job Posting and Requisition Management: Create and post job requisitions across relevant platforms.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct preliminary phone screenings and behavioral-based interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit before advancing candidates to recruiters.
  • Community Engagement: Represent the organization at career fairs and community events to expand the candidate pool.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and labor market conditions to provide actionable insights to the recruitment team.
  • Employer Branding: Communicate the organization's value proposition, culture, and opportunities to candidates, strengthening the employer brand.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and design effective sourcing strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • High School Diploma required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
    1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, or marketing required. Internship experience in these areas is considered professional experience and may fulfill this requirement.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools and sourcing technologies to identify candidates through multimedia platforms and job boards, including Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn.
  • Some background in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Marketing; prior experience in talent sourcing is helpful.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages and build candidate relationships.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software; experience with iCIMS is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
