$10,000 Contract Win Bonus upon award and Transition-In completion

10-year program stability (12-month base + 9 option years)

Direct engagement with FLETC and DHS leadership

THE MISSION

You won't just manage a contract-you'll enable the training of every federal, state, local, tribal, and international law enforcement officer who passes through FLETC's doors. When our IT systems work, officers train. When officers train, communities are safer. This is mission-driven work with visible, tangible impact.

This isn't a cubicle job at a faceless agency. You'll walk the same grounds as the officers you support. You'll see the training scenarios your systems enable. When something breaks, you'll feel the urgency-and when it's fixed, you'll see the mission continue.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Serve as the single point of accountability for all contract performance, delivery, and outcomes across a 50+ person team
  • Lead execution of IT service delivery ensuring all service areas meet or exceed SLAs
  • Direct and integrate all technical teams (network, systems, service desk, endpoint, database, security) into a cohesive, mission-focused operation
  • Manage the 60-day Transition-In with zero service degradation-your first major milestone
  • Oversee ITIL-aligned service management, SLA monitoring, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans
  • Provide cost, schedule, performance, and risk transparency through actionable reporting to Government leadership
  • Lead Continual Service Improvement, driving measurable gains in quality, efficiency, and user experience
  • Manage subcontractors, staffing plans, and surge support to meet fluctuating training demands
  • Serve as the primary interface with Government for planning, issue resolution, and strategic IT modernization

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING (REQUIRED)

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of IT program or project management experience in complex enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated experience managing performance-based service contracts, SLAs, budgets, and risk
  • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary technical teams in mission-critical environments
  • Experience developing business cases, strategic plans, and executive-level briefings
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance

NICE TO HAVE

PMP or equivalent certification

ITIL certification

Prior experience supporting federal law enforcement or DHS customers

Track record leading large IT programs with dynamic scope across multiple service towers
