THE MISSION

After Action Reviews are where training transforms into learning. Officers review their scenarios, instructors identify areas for improvement, and the next class gets better. You'll own the systems that make this possible-Milestone XProtect and associated AAR technologies.

This isn't generic video administration. You'll watch officers debrief after high-stress scenarios. You'll see instructors use your systems to coach better performance. The training you support saves lives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Administer Milestone XProtect AAR systems supporting law enforcement training evaluation
• Ensure system availability during live training and review sessions-downtime means lost learning
• Troubleshoot and enhance configurations as training requirements evolve
• Coordinate with instructors and IT staff to optimize AAR workflows
• Support video, audio, and data capture integration for comprehensive reviews
• Maintain documentation and training materials for AAR system users

WHAT YOU BRING (REQUIRED)

• Certification in Milestone XProtect AAR system administration OR equivalent AAR system experience
• Equivalent verifiable experience administering Milestone XProtect AAR environments
• Understanding of video management and recording systems
• Ability to work closely with non-technical training staff

NICE TO HAVE

Experience in law enforcement or military training environments

Background with video surveillance or recording system administration

Understanding of training evaluation methodologies

Additional Requirements: Successful completion of a Public Trust background investigation and/or a Public Trust clearance.

Min Citizenship Status Required: Must be a U.S. Citizen
