About the Role

We're looking for a Product Manager - Neuro to drive the global success of multiple product lines within our innovative neurodiagnostic portfolio. You'll combine clinical expertise with business strategy to shape product vision, guide development, and bring life-changing technologies to market.


This role is responsible for effective global and multi-product line management - from concept through launch, support, and lifecycle end. You'll collaborate closely across R&D, Engineering, Quality & Regulatory, Clinical Affairs, Marketing, and Operations to ensure our neuro products deliver excellence for clinicians and patients worldwide.


Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy




  • Develop a clear product vision and strategy for assigned product lines.



  • Plan and manage complete product life cycles from concept to end of support.



  • Create business models for new initiatives and communicate value to leadership.



  • Contribute to the long-term product roadmap based on business goals and customer needs.



  • Define and prioritize features, plan releases, and oversee execution.



  • Develop pricing strategies and conduct market and competitive analysis.




Customer Engagement & Market Insight




  • Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to refine and vet feature ideas and innovations.



  • Capture and interpret voice-of-the-customer feedback to guide development priorities.



  • Work with clinicians and academic luminaries to conduct market research and establish endorsements.



  • Support sales and distribution teams, ensuring timely responses to field and internal requests (within 24 hours).




Product Development & Launch




  • Participate in cross-functional teams driving product development and improvement.



  • Manage design validation, beta testing, and limited market releases.



  • Support downstream marketing for full product launches.



  • Create technical bulletins, announcements, and documentation to support product lines.



  • Collaborate with clinical teams on studies and data presentation.




Quality & Compliance




  • Stay up to date and adhere to all Quality System procedures related to your role.



  • Ensure compliance with ISO and FDA regulations and standards.




Operations




  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned product lines.



  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.




Travel

Moderate travel required.


Qualifications

Education & Experience




  • Bachelor's degree required.



  • Minimum of five years clinical experience or three years relevant experience in a public mid-sized company (or equivalent combination).




Certifications




  • Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or equivalent experience nice to have




Skills & Abilities




  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).



  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional product teams in a fast-paced environment.



  • Strong collaboration, analytical, and communication skills.



  • Experience creating product documentation, business plans, and presentations.



  • Familiarity with ISO and FDA regulations a plus.



  • Understanding of probability, statistics, and financial modeling.




Language Skills




  • Ability to create professional product user manuals, sales reports, and collateral.



  • Skilled in presenting complex information effectively to customers, colleagues, and executive staff.




Mathematical Skills




  • Ability to apply probability, statistics, and ratio concepts to business decisions.



  • Understand and interpret financial models as part of business proposals.



Pay Transparency Details: The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At Natus, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range.
