What you will be doing

    Coordinates or Manages IT projects as defined and directed by IT management.
  • Develops project management plan, subsidiary plans, and schedule.
  • Provide administractive direction and support for IT projects
  • Works closely with corporate IT management to implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the company.
  • Conducts regular meetings to check on status of project assignments, budgets and resource and work on solutions to remediate issues impacting scope, schedule, or budget impacting items.
  • Documents support procedures to transition from project inception to operational support.
  • Coordinates operational planning, including fostering innovation, planning projects, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources in coordination with corporate IT management.
  • Responsible for the configuration, user set up, training and maintenance of standard construction applications used by Flatiron.
  • Field incoming problem tickets from end users to resolve application and software issues
  • Track licensed users of select applications to assist with annual licensing and maintenance of software.
  • Become a subject matter expert (SME) for select applications and supporting processes, as assigned by management.
  • Participate in the design, development, and delivery of software applications training programs and individual classes.


What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 2+ years' experience required.
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications preferred
  • basic understanding of project management documentation processes and requirements.
