This is a Hybrid position, 3 days in office. Position Overview As the School expands its commitment to undergraduate education, this inaugural position will play a central role in building and coordinating a new pathway for undergraduate students into public service. The Undergraduate Program Coordinator will support undergraduate degree plans, minors, and initiatives such as the NextGen Summer Policy Academy and the NextGen Service Corps, programs that introduce students to policy, leadership, and public engagement early in their academic journey. This position serves as the primary contact for undergraduate students affiliated with the Humphrey School and is responsible for ensuring a high-quality, inclusive, and connected undergraduate experience consistent with the School's mission and values.
