Here's what you'd do:

• Design and implement a scalable platform that enables advanced analytics and accelerates Artificial Intelligence-driven development.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all platform domains, incorporating archival, disaster recovery, and backup strategies.
• Define and publish robust APIs that expose data and services to front-end clients and third-party consumers.
• Develop responsive User Interface components using a modern React framework (e.g., Next.js, Shadcn UI Kit) to deliver dashboards, visualizations, and interactive data views.
• Create and maintain Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines in GitLab for automated testing, linting, and deployment to both cloud-based and air-gapped environments.
• Integrate third-party services such as email/SMS notifications, and learning management standards (Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM), xAPI, Content Model Interoperability 5 (CMI5)).
• Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to protect against regressions and maintain high code quality.
• Document Application Programming Interfaces, data models, and deployment procedures clearly to facilitate cross-team collaboration.
• Leverage Artificial Intelligence (e.g., Claude, other Large Language Models) as a core development assistant to accelerate coding, refactoring, test generation, and design validation.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development
• Minimum of 6 years of experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in delivering full-stack software solutions on complex, data-intensive programs.
• Minimum of 6 years of Version Control & Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Deployment (CD) experience with version control software, GitLab (repos, merge requests, pipelines).
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Software Fundamentals, grasp of design patterns, automated testing, continuous integration, and code quality practices.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a full stack software engineer and AI experience

• Agile methodology experience (Scrum, Kanban) and participation in cross-functional Agile teams.
• Advanced DevOps toolset knowledge (Ansible, Nexus, GitLab Runner, Harbor).
• Proficiency in React, Next.js, Node.js, Shadcn UI Kit, and modern front-end ecosystems.
• Experience with Apache Superset/Trino for cross-platform data querying and analytics.
• Strong scripting abilities (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Prior exposure to Turnkey training or learning architectures.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud/air gapped deployment models
• Experience with integrating email/SMS notifications
• Experience with learning management standards (Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM), xAPI, Content Model Interoperability 5 (CMI5)).
• Emphasis on Vision & Artificial Intelligence-Driven Design
• Domain expertise in building end-to-end full-stack solutions that address data flow, security, archival, and disaster recovery concerns.
• Strategic vision to design platforms that enable Artificial Intelligence-augmented development, ensuring that the solution remains adaptable as Artificial Intelligence capabilities evolve.
• Ability to leverage Artificial Intelligence tools (Claude, generative code assistants) to enhance productivity, code quality, and architectural validation, reducing reliance on niche technical specialties.
• Data Technologies Familiarity with relational databases, messaging services, REST APIs, and object storage.
• User Interface/User Experience Design: Ability to design and implement responsive user interfaces and dashboards.
• AI Assisted Development Demonstrated use of Large Language Models (Claude preferred) to accelerate software creation and improve code quality
