We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Multiplatform Graphic Designer to develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across our diverse range of content. This role is central to our brand, as you will be responsible for helping to build and implement foundational design systems, toolkits, and guidelines that ensure visual consistency and quality across all of our platforms, including broadcast, digital, streaming, and print.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both motion and static graphics. You must be adept at creating clear, user-friendly design assets and documentation that can be easily implemented by other departments.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design System Development: Collaborate with creative leads to implement comprehensive design toolkits, style guides, and brand bibles that define the visual language for all platforms.

  • Asset Creation: Produce a wide range of static and motion graphics which could include:

    • Broadcast: On-air graphics, lower thirds, full-screens, charts, and promotional spots.

    • Digital: Graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, and mobile apps.

    • Streaming: Key art, thumbnails, show packages, and promotional content.

    • Print: Advertisements, set scenic elements, road show collateral, and merchandise.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with creative managers and designers to ensure consistent application of brand guidelines.

  • Documentation & Training: Create and maintain detailed style sheets and guidelines, and provide training to other departments on how to use design assets effectively.

  • Asset Management: Organize a clean and accessible library of design assets for internal teams.

  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and technologies to ensure our visual content and design systems remain fresh and industry-leading

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates a proven ability to create compelling visuals across a variety of media, with an emphasis on brand consistency and system-based design.

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout for both screen and print.

  • Experience with 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Maya) is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and provide effective guidance to non-designers.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Familiarity with broadcast standards, digital compression techniques, and print production processes.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $44.00-56.25 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
