Associate Data Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

Ready to put your data skills to work in a fast-paced,
problem-solving environment? As an Associate Data Acquisition
Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth data flow
between vendors, systems, and customers. You'll troubleshoot
technical issues, monitor data imports, and keep our network running
efficiently-all while using your keen eye for detail to spot and resolve
anomalies. If you enjoy turning data chaos into clarity and collaborating
across teams to maintain top-quality results, this role is for you!

What You'll Do:

• Schedule and monitor data imports to
  ensure accurate and timely transfer of energy data into
  Yardi's property management software.
• Communicate with customers and third-party vendors to
  resolve data transfer and connectivity issues.
• Run dashboard reports to review data and respond to quality
  control system alerts.
• Assist with resolving issues related to system data and
  data issues identified by Technical Account Managers.

Who You Are:

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Ability to troubleshoot simple technical issues in a
  timely manner
• Ability to think logically and problem solve
• Understanding of customer-oriented service
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Interpersonal skills and team orientation
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage timelines
  effectively
• Ability to learn new concepts and adapt to new software
  technology and processes

Ideal to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science
• Prior customer service or technical support experience
• Technical acumen with a specific focus on prior generations
  of hardware/software
