The Opportunity

The Global Marketing Operations Lead will play a critical role in shaping how Adobe's Partner Marketing organization measures performance, surfaces insights, and drives strategy across the Americas, JPAC, and EMEA. In this highly visible role, you will help define the metrics that matter, build operational rigor, and influence investment decisions using data-driven insights. You will collaborate closely with global marketing, analytics, and partner teams-empowering Adobe and our partners to drive predictable growth and long-term impact.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end marketing analytics efforts, translating complex performance data (leads pipeline revenue) into clear insights and strategic recommendations that guide the business.
  • Partner with data engineering teams and work within data lake environments (e.g., Databricks) to unify marketing data and identify what is truly converting to revenue.
  • Build and operationalize global dashboards that highlight the most important KPIs, working closely with offshore execution teams (e.g., India) to bring reporting to life.
  • Align stakeholders across the Americas, JPAC, and EMEA, ensuring data consistency, shared insights, and a unified view of marketing performance.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting, including internal business reviews and external partner QBRs, with compelling data storytelling and crisp visualizations.
  • Use performance insights to influence strategic planning, future investment decisions, and marketing resource allocation.
  • Identify insight gaps, measurement opportunities, and improvements that enhance marketing impact and ROI across global partner motions.

Who you are

  • 7+ years in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or similar data-driven marketing roles.
  • Deep experience analyzing marketing funnel performance and connecting activities to revenue impact.
  • Proficiency with data platforms and analytics environments (e.g., Databricks, data lakes, BI tools).
  • Strong dashboarding/reporting experience with a track record of enabling leadership visibility and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, including executive presentation experience and cross-regional stakeholder management.
  • Strategic, forward-thinking mindset with the ability to spot trends, shape decisions, and drive operational excellence.
  • Experience working in a global environment, ideally spanning the Americas, JPAC, and EMEA.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $110,800 -- $209,500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
