    • Ensure all content supports the highest level of sales execution and positioning of Okta's complex products and services

  • Cross-Functional Alignment:

    • Serve as the executive bridge between Field Organization Leadership, Product Marketing, and Engineering
    • Ensure all customer-facing teams are equipped with unified messaging, clear value propositions, and the processes necessary to maximize deal velocity and customer success

  • Enablement Technology & Tools:

    • Select, integrate, and manage the entire Field organization learning technology stack (e.g., CRM integration, Learning Management Systems, Content Management Systems), partnering with our internal Business Technology team to optimize the delivery and measurement of enablement programs

  • Measurement and ROI:

    • Establish a strategy and supporting KPIs to measure the business impact of the Enablement programs

Relationships

  • Executive Partnership:

    • Serve as the strategic partner to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), global GMs of Field Sales, and the Head of Product/Engineering, ensuring the readiness of global field teams to execute on the GTM and Product Strategies for our customers

  • Global Scaling:

    • Design enablement strategies that can be deployed effectively across different geographic regions with localized training on compliance, data security, and regional technical standards

  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse, high-performing global team of enablement directors, content specialists, and learning professionals

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with direct, measurable outcomes in a highly technical sales environment.

  • Experience & Education:

    • 12+ years of experience in technical enablement, product marketing, or sales leadership within a highly complex/technical B2B enterprise SaaS/Cloud environment
