Note: This position is open to candidates at either the Marketing Data Analyst or Senior Marketing Data Analyst level, depending on experience and qualifications. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Travel limited to attending meetings or training sessions as needed. Physical Requirements: This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a maximum of 50% of the time, constantly operate a computer up to 50% of the time and be able to be in constant communication with coworkers, customers, and/or stakeholders to discuss and observe facts and data in order to exchange accurate information SCHEDULE Typical office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. This position is salary and exempt. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION This role is ideal for someone who is energized by solving complex problems, persistent in interpreting data and skilled at communicating how to turn results into data-driven solutions. Prior banking experience is a plus! You're a data storyteller who can connect the dots between marketing results and business outcomes. You'll be the go-to expert for analytics, helping us understand what's working, what's not working and where to go next. You have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to find solutions and drive alignment across cross-functional teams. You're a self-starter who's not only technically skilled but also curious, proactive, loves taking initiative and ready to provide suggestions to grow the business You're experienced working and communicating with relevant stakeholders across a matrixed organization You can influence and collaborate with management teams, and have a strong sense of urgency and ability to meet commitments Equal Opportunity Employer
