Summary of Position

Teladoc Health is seeking an experienced and visionary Product Lead to join the Telehealth Solutions and Integrated Care Delivery team. In this role, you will own a product roadmap to improve the member, provider, and client experience for segments of our virtual care business. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong product management background, a passion for innovation, and a proven ability to drive growth by evolving a product to meet market needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead impactful product initiatives that aim to help members access needed care options including care navigation, expert and second medical opinions, and specialty care referral and delivery.

  • Manage business, clinical and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities and solutions.

  • Present to executive leadership on the progress and outcomes of the product initiatives you are driving.

  • Use customer feedback, market trends, business initiatives, and data analysis to inform product innovation.

  • Write clear and concise product briefs to align on strategy and deliver equally concise product requirements to lead teams through execution.

  • Foster an environment that enables your cross-functional team to innovate, ask questions, learn quickly, and deliver extraordinary results.

  • Develop a deep understanding of member needs to deliver great experiences and exceed member expectations.

The time spent on each responsibility reflects an estimate and is subject to change dependent on business needs.

Qualifications Expected for Position

  • 8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering successful products to market.

  • Experience building enterprise product solutions from concept through delivery (0 to 1).

  • Experience in the healthcare industry delivering consumer-facing virtual care or digital health products.

  • Strong proficiency in product management best practices and processes operating at large scale.

  • Comfortable with ambiguous problems and situations. Experience in proactively making sense of complicated challenges with minimal direction or oversight.

  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills - highly skilled at articulating the "what, why, and how." Strong executive presence.

  • The ability to work nimbly across multiple projects, with fast-paced, iterative product development cycles.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and negotiate trade-offs for optimal value delivery.

  • Adept at both giving and receiving feedback in an innovative teamwork-driven environment. Strong contributor to team culture and problem solving with peers.

  • Exceptional project management / organization skills, with superb attention to detail.

The base salary range for this position is$165,000 - $185,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here:Teladoc Health Benefits 2026.Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
