We are seeking an experienced Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) Engineer to lead the technical implementation of the Strivacity CIAM platform. This role involves application onboarding, configuration, and enforcing security controls to deliver secure, seamless digital experiences. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with deep CIAM expertise, strong development skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. Key Responsibilities: * Drive the technical implementation of the Strivacity CIAM platform, including application onboarding and configuration. * Define and guide CIAM strategy while collaborating with security, application, and business teams. * Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable technical tasks. * Design and optimize user experience flows (registration, login, MFA, recovery). * Mentor junior engineers, lead technical reviews, and influence architecture decisions. * Collaborate with developers, QA testers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions on time. * Implement automation and design efficiencies to improve scalability and resiliency. * Ensure compliance with security frameworks and regulatory requirements (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA). * Act as a technical thought leader and trusted advisor to product and security teams. * Maintain documentation and actively participate in all phases of the delivery process. Required Skills & Qualifications: * 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and security engineering. * Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's or MBA preferred). * Proven experience implementing CIAM platforms (Strivacity or similar: ForgeRock, Okta, Ping). * Expertise in authentication standards (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML). * Strong knowledge of CIAM workflows: identity proofing, consent management, user lifecycle, and authorization. * Familiarity with industry standards (NIST, OWASP, ISO) and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA). * Experience integrating CIAM platforms with enterprise applications. * Skilled in CI/CD pipeline design and automation (Git, Azure DevOps). * Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. * Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment. Preferred Qualifications: * Previous leadership experience in CIAM or IAM projects. * Exposure to financial services or regulated industries. * Advanced knowledge of regulatory compliance obligations and security best practices. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
