TEKsystems is hiring a project management assistant to assist with payroll and travel coordination. Description: * Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and track project data, budgets, and schedules. * Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including booking transportation and accommodations. * Handle payroll processing and related administrative tasks with accuracy and confidentiality. * Provide comprehensive administrative support to project leaders, including scheduling, document preparation, and communication. * Assist with project coordination, including tracking deliverables, updating timelines, and liaising with vendors and subcontractors. * Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for project documentation Compensation: Pay Range between $25 - $30 /hr hour Skills & Qualifications 3+ years in a payroll related position - experience with travel coordination and vendor set up Proficiency in Excel is required Experience working on job sites is preferred Must be comfortable working out of trailer onsite at worksite Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Cedar Rapids, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
