Workplace Type: 100% On-site About the Role: We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician with strong technical skills and a customer-first mindset to join a collaborative IT support team. This position involves providing desktop and peripheral support in a professional environment. You will troubleshoot, install, and repair devices in a Windows-based environment and may assist with additional hardware such as cameras, servers, and network switches. This role requires adaptability and professionalism in a dynamic setting. Key Responsibilities: * Provide desktop and peripheral support for end users, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair. * Support Windows 10/11 and Microsoft O365 environments. * Perform hardware/software break-fix and troubleshooting. * Assist with maintenance of additional IT equipment as needed. * Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism at all times. Required Qualifications: * Experience: 2+ years in desktop support or technical support roles. * Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and O365 troubleshooting. * Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work in uncomfortable positions for extended periods. * Valid driver's license. * Must be willing to submit a background check and drug screening. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Sandy Hook, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
