What You'll Do * Support the Operations Team with a variety of tasks to keep things running smoothly. * Serve as the office's main resource-helping colleagues and leading by example. * Assist with process improvements and workflow initiatives to make operations more efficient. * Verify documentation, complete insurance checks, and ensure compliance with payer guidelines. * Learn and grow with us by developing a strong understanding of our products, services, and systems. What We're Looking For * Strong communication skills-both written and verbal. * Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new technologies. * Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial health plans is a plus. * Experience with Epic and administrative support tasks. * A proactive, adaptable team player who thrives in a changing environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Jefferson City, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
