Are you a social media maestro ready to make a significant impact? Our major Retail Health client is seeking a dynamic individual to become the subject matter expert and lead for social media community engagement. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of digital communication, shaping how a major consumer brand connects with its audience. You'll be instrumental in developing and executing strategies that not only engage but also build strong, lasting communities, directly contributing to the organization's goals and digital success. Responsibilities



  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for all owned social initiatives, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment.
  • Lead the charge in social media community engagement efforts, fostering meaningful interactions and building brand loyalty.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key business owners to deeply understand their objectives and provide expert recommendations on how social media can drive their success.
  • Collaborate with and influence diverse stakeholders across the organization, advocating for and demonstrating the measurable value of social communities and engagement.
  • Strategically manage and partner with external agencies to ensure the seamless execution of social engagement strategies.
  • Work closely with senior leadership in marketing, creative agencies, and media teams to integrate social strategies into broader campaigns.


Qualifications



  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 5 years of direct experience managing social media communities for a business or supporting social media engagement strategies and execution.
  • Deep, demonstrable knowledge of major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Proven B2C (Business-to-Consumer) experience.
  • Ability to reliably work Eastern Time (ET) hours.
