Overview
This hybrid role serves as a strategic advisor and change leader, combining deep HR expertise with organizational transformation capabilities. The position partners with senior leadership to align people strategies with business objectives, while designing and executing enterprise-wide change initiatives that drive adoption, engagement, and cultural alignment.
Responsibilities
HR Business Partner Focus
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement integrated people strategies that support business goals and foster a high-performance culture.
- Provide guidance on compensation, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Use HR analytics to identify trends and recommend solutions that improve organizational effectiveness.
Organizational Change Management Focus
- Lead enterprise change programs, ensuring alignment with transformation goals and strategic priorities.
- Develop scalable change management frameworks, tools, and methodologies for consistent application across initiatives.
- Conduct impact analyses, readiness assessments, and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Design and deliver communication strategies and training to support adoption and minimize resistance.
- Coach HRBPs, leaders and managers to act as effective change sponsors and role models.
Shared Strategic Responsibilities
- Serve as a connector between HR, business units, and project teams to integrate change and talent strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate change outcomes and HR initiatives using KPIs and feedback loops.
- Champion a culture of agility, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's degree or certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) preferred.
- Experience:
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role.
- Proven track record leading enterprise-wide change initiatives.
- Skills:
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence at all levels.
- Expertise in organizational design, talent management, and change management methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR and change metrics.
- Certifications (preferred): SHRM-SCP, SPHR, Prosci Change Management.
Below is the starting salary range for this position, although offers may differ based on the candidate's location, job-specific knowledge, skills and experience.
$100,500 - $150,675
