Overview:

Manager, Construction Management

Manage all phases of the Design and Construction process for assigned design or construction projects across Sentara Healthcare. Coordinate available resources using outside and inside resources to provide the necessary support for the projects. Participate with leaders from the areas in the organization's decision-making structures and processes as they relate to the project.

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field required. Healthcare care experience preferred.

Education
  • Bachelors Level Degree (Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture
  • 3-4 years of Construction experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Certification/Licensure
  • No specific certification or licensure requirements
Experience
  • 3 years of Construction Experience required
  • Healthcare experience strongly preferred
  • Project management experience
