Job Description




As a Security Guard - Patrol Driver in Tomahawk, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol an automotive-focused location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your visible presence supports a secure environment while delivering exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling designated areas using a company or client-provided vehicle. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the auto manufacturing and/or corporate environment, including the perimeter and designated areas.
  • Observe for irregularities, report incidents, and communicate with Allied Universal management and client representatives as needed.
  • Assist visitors and employees by providing information and directions while maintaining a professional presence.
  • Help to deter unauthorized activity and access by maintaining a visible presence during patrols.
  • Document and report all security-related incidents, hazards, and unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal and client protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
