Bilingual (Spanish) Family Outreach Worker

The Richfield Public School District is now accepting applications for a part-time Bilingual Family Outreach Worker (20 hours per week) at Central Education Center for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year. This position requires an individual who has excellent communication skills (oral and written) and is able to develop strong relationships with our Latino families.

Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:30 a.m.- 4:00 p.m., Wednesdays 7:30 a.m.- 11:30 a.m.

Requirements:

• High School or GED equivalent.
• 2-years of college degree is preferred.
• Experience in a school setting or equivalent work experience.
• Must be fluent in Spanish - both written and oral.

Hourly Rate: $28.00- $28.75 (Based on education and experience).
