Job Title: SAP APO / IBP / SCM Consultant

Location(s): Atlanta, GA

Overview:
This role is responsible for application maintenance, support, and enhancement activities for SAP APO, SAP IBP, and integrated systems such as SAP ECC, HANA Cloud Integration, Kinaxis, Salesforce, Teradata, and flat-file interfaces. The position requires deep functional and technical expertise across Demand Planning (DP), Supply Network Planning (SNP), Global ATP (GATP), and IBP implementation, along with the ability to work effectively with global business stakeholders, particularly in LATAM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support SAP APO modules (DP, SNP, GATP) and IBP solutions, including troubleshooting, break-fix, enhancements, and production stabilization.
  • Perform design, configuration, testing, documentation, and training for relevant APO/IBP processes and integrated systems.
  • Manage integration activities involving IBP, Kinaxis, SAP, Salesforce, Teradata, and flat-file sources.
  • Implement and support Control Tower structures within Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
  • Analyze and resolve system/process/user issues involving master data, transaction data, configuration, and WRICEF objects.
  • Partner with global Supply Chain teams to understand business requirements and develop functional specifications.
  • Support Global Planning teams worldwide, including integrations between SAP APO, IBP, and Kinaxis.
  • Coordinate daily support activities with onsite and offshore teams; prioritize workloads and manage service queues (Incidents, Problems, Service Requests).
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, change management processes, and quality standards; prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
  • Provide after-hours support for critical production issues as needed.
  • Act as liaison between business users and technical teams to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues.
  • Maintain understanding of organizational processes and adhere to all client and organizational standards.
  • Work with LATAM business teams, support LATAM processes, and operate within LATAM time zones.
Required Experience & Skills
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT with strong expertise in SAP APO (DP, SNP, GATP) and hands-on implementation experience in SAP IBP.
  • Experience integrating IBP and Kinaxis with SAP and external systems/platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP HANA Cloud Platform.
  • Ability to read and debug ABAP code.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in project support environments, including incident management, problem management, and enhancements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders.
  • Experience working on LATAM projects and communicating with LATAM business teams; Spanish language proficiency required.
Education

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field.
