Responsibilities

This IT position supports divisions across the organization with a focus on the ERP system and its interfacing applications. This position is the main point of contact for coordinating IT related activities enterprise wide including ERP administration, interfaces/third party integrations, configuration management, process improvement, reporting, implementation of new ERP functionality and quarterly releases.

    Partner with the Business owners to understand business processes, introduce currently unused/under-utilized functionality and develop reports, thereby enabling efficient and effective use of the ERP and associated systems.
  • Understand system interdependences of systems, as well as existing and anticipated ERP functionality.
  • Transform business requirements into documentation and conceptual design from which applications are configured and extended in support of enterprise systems.
  • Manage the configuration and administration of the ERP-related solutions.
  • Lead system and user acceptance testing efforts.
  • Troubleshoot ERP application failures using diagnostics tools and managing service requests.
  • Create technical specifications and processes using structured analysis.
  • Lead business and technical groups in revising logic for performance efficiency.
  • Build and leverage automation to decrease overall system deployment and support cycle time.
  • Coordinate project resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Prepare various reports.
  • Attends conferences, seminars, as required.
  • Makes recommendations to improve business unit practices and processes.
  • Any related duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.

Related Experience:

  • 6 or more years of professional experience working with information systems or supporting IT services with broad Oracle ERP implementation, upgrade and support experience in a leading role with Oracle ERP Cloud.
  • 3 years must include prior experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud administration, data management through FBDI templates and report development and functional experience supporting the Financial, Procurement and SCM applications.
  • Strong background in Cash Management, Intercompany, Budgetary Control, AR Billing, Inventory, Costing Receipt Accounting functions.
  • Proficient in Data Exchange, BPM, Workflow, BI Publisher and FRS tools. Familiar with JAVA Web Services for Oracle ERP Cloud web services. Proficient in API Design, API lifecycle management & Service Oriented Architecture.
  • Healthcare, Finance, and/or Accounting.

Required Licenses / Certification:

Preferred Oracle Cloud ERP certification.

Knowledge:

  • Domain experience in Finance, Accounting, and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
  • Technical skills in the creation of BI Publisher Reports and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), FRS, BPM.
  • Knowledge of application design activities tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge and experience with implementing purchased application software.
  • Knowledge of application testing and ability to execute.
  • Knowledge and experience with Sarbanes/Oxley.

Any combination of education, training and experience equivalent to the requirements above that has supplied the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience to perform the essential functions of the job.

For applicants who will perform this position in New York City or Westchester County, the proposed annual salary is $130,000.00p/yr. to $140,000.00p/yr. For applicants who will perform this position outside of New York City or Westchester County, salary will reflect local market rates and be commensurate with the applicant's skills, job-related knowledge, and experience.

Positions reporting into our Rhode Island location: $120,000 - $130,000

Positions reporting into our Minnesota location: $120,000 - $130,000

Position reporting into our Delaware location: $110,000 - $120,000

Positions reporting into our Nebraska location: $110,000 - $120,000

Positions reporting into our Missouri location:$110,000 - $120,000

Unless otherwise specified, all posted opportunities are located in the New York or Greater Tri-State office locations.
