FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: EX Position Summary The Endpoint Engineer III is an exciting lead opportunity focusing on operating systems and software automation. Overseeing coordination and collaboration, you will provide technical guidance, training and recommendations on the best solutions.
Responsibilities
- You will assume on-call assignments for the evening, night, holiday, and weekend shifts as assigned
- You will support the MultiCare community by working varied shifts
- You will see to the packaging, collecting requirements, and advertising of software for automated distribution through Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
- You will provide planning, analysis, implementation and testing of operating system software upgrades or new releases and assess any impact to other software products being utilized
- You will provide planning, analysis, implementation and testing of Enterprise and COTS (Commercial-Off-The-Shelf) software upgrades or new releases
- You will interface with appropriate EUC staff, IS&T staff, and/or vendors during installation and in the resolution of any problems
Requirements
- AA in healthcare or computer science; Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
- Specific experience may be substituted for education
- A+ Certification or equivalent certifications
- Minimum fifteen (15) years of IT experience, working as an EUC Analyst, Desktop Analyst, or a Windows Systems Administrator
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience as an Endpoint Engineer or Desktop Engineer utilizing automation tools (MECM/SCCM and Active Directory) and scripting (DCL and/or PowerShell)
- Experience tracking and documenting workload and accomplishments of Endpoint Engineering staff
- Experience providing professional guidance to EUC and EES staff as needed for skill and career development

Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $103,584.00 - $143,062.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
