Position Summary
The Industrial Superintendent is a field-based leadership role responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of industrial construction and installation work. This role provides direct supervision of field crews and subcontractors while coordinating daily activities to meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements. The ideal candidate has strong experience in high-tech or industrial construction environments and a deep understanding of industrial fabrication and field installation processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise daily field operations on industrial construction projects
  • Coordinate and direct craft labor, foremen, and subcontractors
  • Plan and execute work involving:
    • Industrial equipment and tooling installation
    • Structural steel erection
    • Process piping installation
  • Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and applicable codes
  • Enforce Greenberry's safety standards and maintain a strong safety-first culture
  • Participate in job planning, look-ahead scheduling, and work sequencing
  • Monitor productivity, manpower, and equipment utilization
  • Interface with project management, engineering, quality, and client representatives
  • Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize downtime and rework
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, timekeeping, and field documentation
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a superintendent or senior field leader in industrial or high-tech construction environments
  • Ability to stand for up to
  • Strong working knowledge of:
    • Industrial fabrication and installation
    • Equipment setting and alignment
    • Structural steel and foundations
    • Process and utility piping systems
  • Proven ability to manage field crews and multiple work scopes simultaneously
  • Experience working in active facilities, high-tech, semiconductor, manufacturing, or similar industrial environments preferred
  • Solid understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Physical & Environmental Requirements
This position requires the ability to safely perform essential job functions in an active industrial construction environment in compliance with OSHA standards. Job duties include, but are not limited to, standing and walking for extended periods; climbing ladders, scaffolding, and stairs; working at heights; lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials, tools, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds; and performing repetitive motions such as bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching.

The role may require work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions, including exposure to heat, noise, dust, vibration, and other typical construction site conditions. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, fall protection, and steel-toe footwear is required.

Arbitration Policy:

AS CONSIDERATION FOR GREENBERRY INDUSTRIAL LLC'S ("GREENBERRY") REVIEW OF MY APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT, I AGREE, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THIS SECTION, ANY AND ALL CLAIMS OR DISPUTES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO MY APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT WITH GREENBERRY, WILL BE DECIDED BY A SINGLE ARBITRATOR THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION AND NOT BY A JUDGE OR JURY, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association Employment Arbitration Rules ("AAA Rules") then in effect. The AAA Rules may be found at www.adr.org/employment or upon request to GREENBERRY. If there is a conflict between the AAA rules and this Agreement, this Agreement will govern. Disputes will be decided by mutual, binding, and individual arbitration governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. * 1 et seq.), and this agreement to arbitrate evidences a transaction involving commerce. The agreement to arbitrate also includes any claims I may have against GREENBERRY's related entities, owners, agents, employees, or directors.

I further agree to waive any right for any dispute to be brought, heard, decided, or arbitrated as a class action and/or collective action against GREENBERRY and the arbitrator will have no authority to preside over any class action or collective action ("Class Action Waiver"). The Class Action Waiver shall be severable if there is a final judicial determination that the Class Action Waiver is unenforceable. In such instances, the class action must be litigated in a civil court of competent jurisdiction - not in arbitration.

The arbitrator, and not any court, shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the validity, applicability, enforceability, unconscionability, or waiver of this Agreement and the Arbitration Agreement. The preceding sentence does not apply to the Class Action Waiver, as any claim that the all or part of the Class Action Waiver are unenforceable, inapplicable, unconscionable will be determined only by a court of competent jurisdiction and not by an arbitrator.

Nothing in this Agreement shall preclude or excuse me from bringing an administrative claim before any agency in order to fulfill my obligation to exhaust administrative remedies before making a claim in arbitration. GREENBERRY agrees to pay the fees and costs of arbitration, pursuant to the AAA Rules. The Arbitrator may award any remedy to which a party is entitled under applicable law, and remedies will be limited to those that would be available to a party in his or her individual capacity for the claims presented to the Arbitrator. Either party may file dispositive motions, and the Arbitrator will apply the applicable Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to decide such motions. Judgment may be entered on the arbitrator's decision in any court having jurisdiction.
