Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Responsible for portfolio monitoring in general and accounts 60+ Days Past Due specifically - prioritizing calls, maintaining notes and activities in Dollars to ensure delinquency objectives are understood and achieved. * Provides guidance to Collections and Customer Service teams in managing their respective duties. * Has frequent interaction with senior management regarding the status of problem loans. * Provide thoughtful review and analysis of account information to establish the best possible outcome (Legal, restructure). * Negotiate settlements with customers and/or their counsel. * Preparation of daily/monthly delinquency reports. * Participate in monthly Portfolio Review Meetings highlighting key issues. | |
