Accord Healthcare, Inc. – Associate Director, IT Duties: Implement Enterprise Resourcing Planning (ERP), including by contributing to SAP-related Projects, supporting encompassing key functional areas such as Finance, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, supporting outsourced manufacturing processes, and supporting internally developed customer service applications for auto order creation, approvals, interface XMLs, WSDL with third Party systems and other customer centric processes; coordinate between IT team and company stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver technical solutions; oversee and manage IT Associates; plan and execute test scripts to verify functionality of software applications; oversee IT Associates in testing and reconciling back-end technical issues; and collaborate with internal and external agencies to oversee IT enabled business operations, liaise with IT vendors, IT Help Desk, and business stakeholders for ISP, network, security, server, and other needs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in CSE, IT, MIS, Bus. Admin., Commerce, or a closely related field, plus 8 years of progressive experience in an Information Technology role to include 6 years’ IT management experience. Experience to include ERP deployment and management (including knowledge of SD, MM, and FICO) and SAP integration. (In lieu of the foregoing, will accept a Master’s degree in CSE, IT, MIS, Bus. Admin., Commerce, or a closely related field plus 6 years of above-described experience to include 2 years’ IT management experience gained before, during, or after master’s degree). Experience to include ERP deployment and management (including knowledge of Finance, sales and distribution, material management and outsourcing manufacturing) and SAP integration with 3rd party systems like 3rd party logistics, and SAP PI systems.
